We are a few minutes from Interstate 15 and easily accessible year round. No need for four-wheel drive or chains as we are located in the foothills of the higher elevations. Plenty of parking on site and walking distance to the local grocery store, Thai restaurant, and pizza parlor. It`s a quick five minute drive to downtown Parowan.
We want to ensure you have the best experience possible during your stay. Please be aware that there is a power substation adjacent to our property. We understand that it may not present the most picturesque view and are planning to address this by planting a natural `green screen` of trees this coming spring to enhance the beauty and privacy of your view.

Summary: Our family of 12 came up to Parowan, for a ski trip. The VRBO home in Parowan was awesome. The home was exceptionally clean and well stocked w extra amenities. All the beds, linens and home decor was excellent. The home had 2 floors, so adults and children could spread out and have fun. We used the outdoor deck, fire pit and bq every night. Travel to Brian Head resort was only 15 minutes. the whole family did skiing, snow boarding and sledding. The best thing was lift tickets were so much more reasonable! We highly recommend this spot and this VRBO home. Fantastic, relaxing & most of all family time all together in one very special place.Jacky I
